FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Clear answers, without overclaiming.
The current product contract and release evidence—not the presence of a page or button—determine what is available.
What is Tinlyt?
Tinlyt is a web-intelligence product for investigating the web, retrieving source material, preserving provenance, inspecting execution history and comparing claims with cited passages.
Does Tinlyt prove that a claim is true?
No. Retrieval and quote matching can help a reviewer inspect evidence, but neither independently establishes truth. Sources can be incomplete, outdated, misleading or incorrect.
Is Tinlyt generally available?
No general-availability or private-beta certification is established by the current release record. Backend integrations, live deployment controls and operational gates must be verified before launch.
Can I use the workspace now?
The workspace is a frontend entry point. Actual operations depend on configured authentication, API services and the target environment. Some actions may remain unavailable while integration is incomplete.
Are subscriptions and checkout live?
No. Pricing shown on the pricing page is planning policy. Checkout, entitlement enforcement, durable usage accounting, idempotent payment processing and financial reconciliation must be implemented and verified before charges are enabled.
How does Tinlyt fit with Tinlance systems?
Tinlance Platform owns consequential execution authority, identity, authorization, policy, approvals and audit. Agent OS owns orchestration and lifecycle. TSIC remains the system-of-systems conformance authority, while World Intelligence owns canonical world entities and relationships.
Can I integrate an agent or MCP client?
Use only the supported, versioned contract for your environment. Tool registration and operation-level policies must be configured in the authoritative Platform, and deployed consumer revisions must be verified.
What happens to submitted URLs and evidence?
Data flows and retention periods depend on the actual deployment and approved privacy policy. The privacy page is a draft pending review; do not submit sensitive or confidential material unless an approved environment and policy explicitly permit it.
Where can I get support?
A verified public sales/support address has not been established here. Use the official Tinlance contact channel already provided to you, and never send passwords or secret keys.
Read the developer and integration guidance before connecting a production consumer.
